Oh, my poor blog…I’ve been neglecting it. Fall is always my busiest season between weddings and fall foliage shoots, so I haven’t had time to get many posts up. There will be lots coming in the next few months, I promise!
I had a lovely shoot a few weeks back with Jerilyn & Donnie. We did the session one week before their destination wedding took place! They looked amazing for their engagement shoot and incredible for their wedding! Here a few of my favorites from our engagement session:
I love the sun flare on this shot. Overcast lighting is generally good for photographs, but I love when the sun comes out to play! You can get some effects that just aren’t possible on a cloudy day unless you use some off camera lighting.
If I ever get a house out in the country like I want, I am going to try to build a rock wall like this!
Don’t Jeri and Donnie look so at ease with each other? They definitely made my job easy:)
Donnie was a good dipper, lol! This shot was on the first try!
The next shot is one of my favorites and I always try to incorporate a photo like this into my engagement shoots.
These two seriously have great chemistry and were naturals in front of the camera.
Thanks for an amazing shoot and congratulations on your marriage!
